We offer a range of programs and services for all ages including Functional Fitness classes, personal training, nutrition and coaching, Olympic Weightlifting, sports performance training and more!

I’ve been training with Function for nearly a year now and I’m extremely happy with training and the gym facilities. My trainer is very knowledgeable and able to work with injuries and other health issues, with an emphasis on proper form and explaining the function of each exercise. He incorporates the exercises I want to work on into my routine while also changing up the program to keep it fresh and challenging, helping me work towards my goals. I don’t always feel comfortable in gyms, but the Function team is encouraging and motivating, and also brings a great sense of humor. I always leave feeling better than when I came in!
