Fitness Classes For All Levels
Function Health Club’s Functional Fitness Classes incorporates foundational strength and conditioning principles along with Functional Fitness methodology. We focus on functional movements – those that we use in everyday life and in sports – and executing these movements at varied intensity to help you achieve your goals. The workouts are hard, but anyone can do them! Our trained coaches will be there to help you and we offer alternative movements for all fitness levels.
If you’re new to group classes, we will guide you to go through Foundations. These are one on one sessions with one of our trained coaches where you will go through the movements and exercises to prepare you for our group classes. No experience is necessary and we work with all fitness levels.
Function Better Bootcamp
Our Function Better BootCamp is an 8 week program designed to not only give you great full body workouts, but teach you all the skills you need to enter our regular class stream! Function Better BootCamp Programs run multiple times a year and are really great for people that want to learn more about what Functional Fitness is all about!
