Function Health Club is a health and wellness facility that specializes in Functional Fitness. We help people build a foundation of good health and fitness practices within an approachable, fun and supportive community environment. Our programs – which include functional fitness classes, personal training and nutrition programs – are coaching-based and designed to support the varying needs and preferences of our members.
Our community includes people of all ages and fitness backgrounds, and we support people brand new to fitness, teens and families all the way to competitive athletes and olympic weightlifters!

I joined Function about 6 months ago, starting with a well-priced intro offer, which soon became my very first long-term gym membership in the 31 years of my life. I have checked out almost all gyms around downtown area and FHC has by far been the “cleanest” and “most peaceful” gym space I have ever found. Life has definitely changed in an amazing way since I started training with Morgan. I’ve never been super fit, and after only a few months my body was capable of things that it never had been before. I started in the gym to cross-train for paddling; and with his help, I feel faster, stronger, and have better balance. I experience new gains every week, on and off the water, and it keeps me motivated to do more. I credit that progress to Morgan; when he tells me I can do something, I trust him – even if I’m nervous – and he’s only ever been right. I not only trust Morgan with my training, but with my patients’ as well. My patients rave about him: he’s fun and engaging, and they’re always excited about seeing a consistent improvement in their bodies.

I have been a client at Function now for over 7 years. At the beginning, my trainer was helping me recover from a hit and run accident, and now he helps me achieve personal records and feats I never even knew I could accomplish. He is personable, knowledgeable, patient, and ensures proper alignment (which is super important!). After all of these years of training with the trainers at Function, I am much more confident, stronger, and have come to love working out.
