What's included in the 28 Day Transformation Program?
6 Personal Training Sessions
Getting to this program means you get to hire a personal trainer and utilize their skills, so you can get into the groove with 6, one on one Personal Training sessions with one of our certified trainers. Our trainers will work with you to assess your goals, understand your needs and style, and build and deliver a program tailored to you!
Unlimited Gym Access
You’ll have unlimited access to our gym facility during the 28 day period. We have all of the equipment you’ll need to get in any extra workouts you can! We provide complimentary towel service, lockers and showers. Most importantly, we keep our membership base capped to ensure the gym is never over-crowded.
Unlimited Group Fitness Classes
If you love the energy of a group class, we have some of the most highly rated classes in the city! From It’s a HIIT, to Lunge my A$$ off and Oh My Glutes!, we offer a wide range of class options to ensure you get your sweat on. Classes offer a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning elements that are always fun!
Mobile Training App
Get access to your workout program and direct messaging with your trainer via our mobile training app! Easily record your results and view training exercise videos right from you iPhone or Android!
