Client Success Story – Les Fraser Part 2

On June 23, 2013 Function Health Club entered a team into the Tough Mudder. Our team was composed of Les Fraser, Karl Hillis, Gino Ferrato, Dan Ferrato and Jeff Doyle. What an amazing time we had and what an awesome event to be a part of! It was challenging yet rewarding. There were times of absolute adversity but in the end we had our victory. We challenged ourselves and came away with some incredible memories. Les completed his first ever Tough Mudder at 52 years of age. Not bad for someone who about a year ago was still taking medication for diabetes. Since that time Les has seen vast improvements in his health and fitness levels leading to the good news that he no longer needed to take insulin while many of his other medications were cut in half! We are so proud of his accomplishments and we look forward to continue watching Les as he progresses along his health and fitness journey.
