Pre and Post Natal Fitness

We are pleased to be offering pre and post natal fitness classes at our downtown (Yaletown) location at 110-856 Homer St Vancouver, just off of Robson St!

Pre-Natal Fitness

Starting Thursday, March 23rd @ 6:30pm for 4 weeks ($80)

A fitness class for soon to be moms who want to stay active during pregnancy and in preparation for labor. This class will have an emphasis on the transverses abdominals, the pelvic floor as well as strength building. This class is open to beginners and to women who worked out previous to becoming pregnant! The classes will be run by PPFS (Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist) certified BCRPA Personal Trainer Norma Shaene and real life mom and BCRPA Personal Trainer Valentina Palamos.

Fit Mama’s Boot Camp

Starting Sunday, March 19th @ 9:00am for 4 weeks ($80)

For mamas that want to look and feel their best! This workshop is designed to ensure every mama has a positive environment, and the right tools to reach their full potential inside and outside the gym! This class is open to all moms, including beginners and advanced athletes! The classes will be run by PPFS (Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist) certified BCRPA Personal Trainer Norma Shaene and real life mom and BCRPA Personal Trainer Valentina Palamos.
