FAQ

Do both locations offer CrossFit and Olympic Lifting?

No, our Port Coquitlam Location is set up for Olympic Lifting and CrossFit classes. Our downtown location is set up for small group personal training classes, one on one training and open gym usage.

Can I sign up for membership at one location and also use the other location?

No, currently our memberships do not cross over to both locations due to types of memberships offered at each space. However, discounts may apply for multiple location usage.

I haven’t been to the gym in a while. Will the workouts be too challenging?

Both locations classes are infinitely scalable, which means they can be tailored to athletes at any level of fitness. Whether you are an ex-collegiate athlete or a Grandma, you’ll be able to complete 100% of any of our classes. Our coaches will work with you to determine which classes best suit your needs and goals and will continue to work with you as that changes over time. Also, our coaches will demo the scaled versions of every movement before the workout. If you have any other questions, just ask—our coaches are happy to help.

Do I need to register in advance?

Yes (sort of). For both our locations classes’ we ask that everyone register in advance to ensure classes do not get overfilled.  For class information, check out our schedule.
