Course Schedule

On this page you will find a listing of dates for our Weight Training and Personal Training courses. Please note that these courses are taught in-class at Function Health Club. All classes run from 8:30am until 5pm with a 45 minute lunch break, except for Friday night in the Weight Training course which will start at 6pm and end at 10pm.
