My name is Sean, I’m a father, husband and coach dedicated to help people live better lives through strength training and education. I believe that patience and consistency are the two pillars that will lead you to achieving the goals you set for yourself. Exercise is only a part of the equation: other lifestyle factors like sleep, stress levels and nutrition will have a significant effect on how you respond to training and need to be addressed accordingly. I don’t believe in running you into the ground day in and day out. I help you build a base of sound movement, practical strength and knowledge so that you can live a long and healthy life.
