Being involved in sports since I was 4, I have had the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. I’ve been surrounded by positive role models all my life and I decided that I wanted to be a part of a team that inspires others to live healthy and happily.

I have represented Canada in the sport of Water Polo from 1993-1999 and I have been inspired by the coaches and trainers that I have worked with during that time. In 2010 completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training certification from the Salt Spring Centre which changed my life. My goal is to integrate all that I have learned in my years of competitive sport and balance that with the teachings I have received through yoga. I believe in a balanced lifestyle and a holistic approach to fitness.
