They say you should do what you love. If that’s the case, then I am definitely in the right profession! I believe exercise is for everyone, and finding an exercise program that you love is critical. My favourite part about being a personal trainer is motivating those who believe they can’t exercise and seeing them transform into confident, inspiring individuals who strive everyday to be stronger and healthier.
Hard work and determination have gotten me to where I am now and I will continue to embody these traits as I further my own training and education to stay on top of the latest research in health and fitness to help you reach your goals
Outside of training clients I enjoy Crossfit , indoor cycling and spending time with my family and friends.
