Lindsay is a fully certified BCRPA personal trainer and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist since 2014. Lindsay specifically has expertise in Sports Nutrition, Balancing hormones , stress management and Adrenal fatigue her main goal is to improve your relationship with food again to help you achieve your personal goals. She enjoys the diversity that exists amongst her clients some need fine tuning and some are starting fresh. In her free time Lindsay loves to travel the world with her partner, hike with her two dogs and cook delicious meals for friends and family.
