Born into fitness, I started off in the City of Edmonton recreation centre swimming before turning 1, and ended up also getting my first fitness job there as a weight room supervisor at the age of 16. Since then, I have been taking as many courses as I can to find out the magic formula that gets people into shape! What I discovered is, it’s different for everyone! With my passion for health, knowledge on a range of training styles and equipment, I am confident that I can make a difference and give new perspective to the exercise routines so all of my clients can get guaranteed results!
I’ve worked with a range of clients including beginners, athletes, seniors, celebrities, & aspiring police officers. (My background is in Police Studies and I have a Bachelor in Criminal Justice which I don’t use.. but I know what type of training is necessary to make it on the police force!).
I have experience with clients that have had accidents and work closely with physio/rehab in order to ensure that clients will get in the shape they need without re-injuring! The best success I have had in my training career is with weight loss clients, getting one of my 50 year old clients to lose 115lbs of body fat and no longer need his diabetes medications.
