Hi my name is Jeff and I’m the co-owner of Function Health Club as well as a personal fitness trainer. I became a trainer because fitness has always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing soccer for rep teams which led me to receiving a scholarship to play varsity soccer and study human kinetics at Trinity Western University. Upon completion of my degree I began working as a personal trainer and absolutely loved using my knowledge and skills to empower others to live a higher quality of life. I continue training to this day because it gives me a sense of purpose and satisfaction everyday.

I’m inspired by seeing my clients push past their perceived physical limitations and watching the positive effects of this spill in to all other areas of their life. To me health is the greatest wealth you can ever achieve. My hope is to continue supporting clients to live a healthier, more active lifestyle for years to come as well as mentoring new up-and-coming trainers to become true professionals in one of the best industries in the world.
