Group Circuit Classes

Circuit classes are offered multiple times per week with multiple classes daily. Whether you’re someone who likes to exercise before work, after work or you like to get a quick one in during your lunch break, we have a circuit for you.

For those who are unfamiliar with circuit classes, this is a great way to get a high-energy workout in a fun and social atmosphere.  Circuits are designed to maximize the positive benefits of training so you can get the results you want. All classes will provide you with a full body warm up followed by circuits that will train your muscular and cardiovascular systems. All classes except the lunchtime Express Circuits will include group stretching at the end led by the instructor.

If you’re someone who is motivated by taking part in group exercise classes with upbeat music and lots of hard working people, then these classes are for you! Don’t wait too long to register as spots for these classes are sure to go quickly!

This is high intensity training at its finest. This tough and effective circuit will help you burn through tough body fat.

O.M.G. (Oh My Glutes!)

When: Tuesday| 6:30-7:30pm
Thursday | 5:30-6:30pm

Most people have under active backsides and that’s depressing. So come join us to re-activate your primary movers!

W.T.F. (Wicked Tough Fridays)

When: Friday | 6:30-7:30pm

Need to blow off some steam after a long day at the office? Or do you need to re-energize before heading home to “day part two” with your family? If this sounds like you, then sign up now for our Office Escape HIIT Circuit! You won’t regret it! 

L.M.A.O. (Lunge My A$$ Off)

When: Saturday | 9:00-10:00am

For those who like to get an active start to their weekend, this class is just for you! We take over the entire gym on Saturdays and run one of the biggest and best circuits in the city. Start your weekend off right by joining us for our Saturday Morning Power Circuit!

Butts and Guts

When: Friday | 12:00-12:45pm

This class focuses on those “problem areas”. Come tone up with Butts and Guts
